How to Receive Referrals
Once you sign up as a buyer or seller broker with SkyFor, we keep you in our searchable database as a referable broker. Five hundred or more prospects typically contact us through our various sources of leads, which include websites, radio programs, and other sources of media.
Once the inquiry comes in, staff immediately call and email the prospect, and study their request to see if they might line up with your qualifications. We will want to know if you work with investors or not, if you do commercial or not, and what is the dollar amount under which you do not wish to get a referral from Skyfor.
You can also turn down leads you get from SkyFor if you can provide electronic proof of prior contact.
Once we have screened the prospect and counseled them by phone, (if they are reachable), we help them select a few agents that uniquely fit their requirements. We email them profiles on those agents.
We then notify you via your preferred contact phone number of the lead and also send you an email with a text description of the prospect’s request. We also add an attached PDF of the lead.
Your Success Partner:
Because we are partners in your success, we expect you will notify us of the status of the lead within 48 hours and keep us updated monthly thereafter. If a lead is being unresponsive, SkyFor staff can call and followup to see what is going on, and perhaps re-establish communication for you. SkyFor staff routinely perform extensive followup by email and phone with our prospects to ensure they are being well cared for.
Once you have achieved a 10+ rating by the people we have referred to you, or if you are an exclusive office, you will receive stronger endorsement by SkyFor of your qualifications.

Once you become a top-rated broker in our network, you will display the image and text above on a web page of your site and we will link to you the house photos you provide to Skyfor. Images must be large, good quality photos. We will also use these in our social media campaigns.
