13% Close Rate

The buyers and sellers who come through SkyFor’s eight affiliated sources are specifically looking for top-rated buyer and seller agents.  They must demonstrate their serious intent to buy real estate by providing us with a substantial amount of information, and thus those who are simply “tire kickers” do not make it through our referrals screening.

We combine serious prospects with top buyer and seller agents to achieve an overall success rate, defined as closing rate, of 13%.  Some of our best buyer and seller agents achieve a success rate of 20-30%.  This compares very favorably to the average individual website signup, which typically results in a 3% or less success rate.

We do try to refer to at least two, and typically not more than 4 brokers in order to cover our liability in making the referral, and also to give consumers empowerment to make their own choices.
